“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“We booked 4 rooms for 8 people in February for a May 2nd one night stay. Nowhere did it say that the hotel was closed for a long time and reopening the day before our stay. They were disorganized, not prepared for guests. Many rooms weren’t even being used yet. They first told us this reservation had been cancelled when they couldn’t find it. It took a very long time for us to check in the 4 rooms. All night the heat ran in the rooms and we couldn’t turn it down. It was very hot! The rooms……
