“The room was very nice and pretty clean. I did not interact much with the staff except for the check-in but it also seemed friendly and pretty available. The main problem was that the room (and it seemed to me also the rest of the building) was really too warm. I had to sleep with air conditioning on all night, but even with it set to 20degrees it was extremely hot and dry (in the morning the co2 detector was giving 950ppm, which means there is not much air circulation since you can’t open the……

“There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay!! The flat is clean and cozy. It's got everything you need to settle in for a long stay. Coming back after a busy day was a happy experience--like home away from home. The location cannot be beat. Coffee, shops, groceries, restaurants, subway, all within a few short blocks. The icing on top was a lovely and accommodating host. I'm looking forward to coming back. ”

“ Very close to Barrowlands about 30 minutes walk from Buchannan Bus station if you dont stop in the pubs!!!! The walk takes you through town. ”

We were on the island during a two day storm with high winds and rain and yet we were cozy and comfortable and well-entertained in this flat. We would love to come again for another stay. There are still paths and beaches to discover in this beautiful island. And the residents were warm and welcoming. ”
