Clean room, excellent staff the girl at reception was extremely helpful on our stay on 2 Dec. She provided an extra pillow for me and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are extremely helpful Well done Moxi.

The welcome from the receptionist was great. Check in very quick. The pillows are not the best rock hard they could do with replacing. Shower had good pressure and good temperature regulation. The bedside tables/shelf size is very small. Good variety of breakfast items.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but starting to show signs of wear and tear. My only main complaint is the air conditioning is either maximum Cold or Maximum Hot depending on the time of year with no in between. Normally you can open the window to cool the room but the handle to my window had been removed (presumably to stop access to the lobby roof area) meaning the room was akin to a crematorium. Would recommend if you're attending gigs in Glasgow (or if you fancy a free in room sauna )

A cool and modern Glaswegian hotel. A large bright open plan reception/ bar area with interesting decor and well thought our seating areas. The multi story parking behind the hotel is discounted by 50% if you get your ticket verified at the hotel reception. Rooms are clean and modern and we all agreed the breakfast was very good indeed. Lots of choice and options. Staff were very friendly.

Convenient for the conference centre and near to some nice bars and restaurants. Hotel does a nice pizza too and if you’re a member of a Nuffield gym there’s one right across the road. Rooms very quiet and comfortable beds. Staff fantastic.

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful! She went above & beyond assisting me on my issue checking in. The room was clean and spacious enough. It was quiet, great location, and has free breakfast included.

This is an ideal hotel if you are going to concerts in Glasgow. It is on a busy road but the rooms are sound proof. Be aware in winter the air con does not work there is a window, if you are going out I recommend opening it whilst you are away so it cools down the room, I closed it when slept and room was a good temperature. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Be aware - if you choose pay at property keep an eye on your bank account they tried to take the money a day before I arrived, one manager said it was accounts that did it another said it's Expedia that was accountable so make sure you keep an eye on your account so it doesn't get taken twice

Room was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the welcome drinks. Lots of lovely touches. We were staying as we were attending a concert and staff advised that they would be serving food late for people after. We didn’t eat there as food was expensive for what it was. It was so easy for access into city centre. Would 100% stay again. Thanks ☺️
