"Despite some renovations happening in lobby area, the rooms were super clean and comfortable and the staff were great. Gym/tub/pool were all clean, and very quiet for our trip! Proximity to parliament, mint, and many options for local eats was also convenient."

"Sure had a great experience at the WelcomInn in Ottawa , room was extremely clean, up to date furnishings. Was greeted by a very kind and courteous staff member who informed us of the whereabouts of the hotel. Also, informed us where to find close by restaurants. Was quite surprised to see breakfast the next morning. Overall experience was great."
