「The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. My issue is the place has cameras everywhere, boss was there and he refused to actually check the cameras to see if anything happened. He knew I was...

「If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

「We had the private beach entirely to ourselves in February. It was a great escape. The resort does have to take you by van and then by boat to get there but that’s all of 15 minutes total time. I am returning in July and have already booked with them a second time.」

「Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing」

「When I arrived, there was no one at the hotel. My cab driver drove me around for 10 minutes and came back to the property and finally someone came out of a restaurant. The pool was green and not enjoyable , the reason I booked hotel! I have pictures. There was no bottled water to brush your teeth and the amenities they offered for hygiene.. two used bars of soap, which I have pictures of Stay else where and pay the cab fair to airport save your money.」

「Puerta Azul was magical, calm, and restful. But the best quality by far were the wonderful people who run the place. I highly recommend for anyone looking to really experience island life and get away from the hustle and bustle of things. 」

「What a great spot! I have stayed at several places in Roatan and this is by far one of the best! Super clean! The staff is super attentive and super friendly! Never once did they make me feel like me and my partners were unwanted! Such a lovely spot and super private! 10/10 would recommend!」
