“Just wow! We had an excellent stay and I would rave about this property to anyone that wants to enjoy the beach and the pool and be centrally located and NOT on a party beach! So nice and the staff is amazing! The pool bartenders are hit or miss - they were not the same with service. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful and lovely! The breakfast is 100% worth it! Ours came included. Our friends booked through Airbnb and it was not included for them. They added it on as it was……

However, the main issue is that the meal schedules are very limited. They should offer snacks throughout the day so that guests who do not want to wake up early for breakfast still have something to eat during the day. Another suggestion would be to expand the variety of activities available within the hotel and offer more tour options……

“Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. “⭐⭐ 3/5 – Disappointing Experience at Grand Roatán I had high expectations for Grand Roatán, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Before arriving in Roatán, I called the hotel to arrange airport transportation for my family. When we arrived, nobody was there to pick us up, so we had to hire a taxi at our own expense to get to the property. After arriving, we were unable to get into our room until after 4:00 PM. “We stayed for a total of 7 nights, celebrating milestone birthdays and seeing the island for the first time. The Fiesta room was perfect for our family of 6, it was spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff made sure to help us celebrate our girl and went above and beyond in service. We highly recommend Caribe Tesoro :)”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”
