“Very nice place, enjoyed my stay and can recommend. Clean, fancy and modern rooms, good bed, friendly people. Location is great around jaffa street close to a train station and shops restaurants etc around”

“There is so much we liked. We treated ourselves to this hotel after staying in mostly 2-3* places for our trip. And the added feature of being able to light candles in the lobby for Shabbos was lovely. However we did have a couple of issues. One is that it advertises Airport Shuttle which is the main reason we booked there. It was critical to us to have this feature. We were told it has not been available since before the war!! Secondly there were things taken from our room and security was……

“Good location. In general everything is average; can be good option for a business trip.”

“Waited till after 4pm to check in, the room floor had some weird sticky substance on it, the air conditioner was not working till maintenance came, bathroom doors didn’t shut, and worst of all, there was loud music and someone on a microphone till 1am. So loud to the point the pillows were vibrating. On the morning of checkout at 9am, housekeeping let themselves into the room without knocking first. Due to the late check in because the room was not ready, the hotel staff didn't do anything to……

“Has free parking lot but not enough, so we have to park the car outside and pay for it. Loscation is good in the city centre. Can reach old town and market easily. Easy to go shopping at walking distance. New interior but i don't like to carpet. Free WIFI but slow speed.”

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”
