「Everything is in average. The hardware is definitely needed to be upgraded. Staff were nice. If you have plan to dine in their restaurant, be prepared to be very patient for waiting, however food was nice.」

The pub offered everything we could wish for The room was comfy and clean The only warnings I would give for fellow travellers are: It is a pub on a main road so don’t expect peace The parking is NOT free it is town parking so you will have to pay. It is free from 7pm to 7am but steep cost after these hours」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful . The room was quite clean and spacious . I loved the little biscuit packets with the tea / coffee service in the room and the cute little soap bar . It is a very traditional and old fashioned hotel with lovely amenities and quaint paintings in the room . 」

「Lovely staff, very friendly. Nice to have table service at breakfast, although we didn't always get what we asked for, but it was lovely all the same. The public areas, corridors and rooms were immaculately clean. I booked specifically because of the indoor pool which was fantastic. Most mornings I had it to myself. The bar was lovely to sit in for evenings and the drinks prices were amongst the cheapest we encountered on the Island. Will definitely stay again as Sandown makes a fantastic base...
