「We stayed in one of their suites. Very comfortable and nice layout. Beautiful grounds to take an evening walk in. Free breakfast buffet. Free treats. Did I say free treats? Yep. The historic DeBose home is well worth the time to take a look around in. If your company/group is looking for a restful place to hold a meeting, the have two other halls with plenty of space in addition to the DeBose home. Not far down the road at the elementary school is a trail head for nature hike down to a creek. If...

「We have stayed 3 times in 3 years. Well maintained, managed and solid housekeeping. 」

「Was a very nice place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and took care of any thing we requested. Had a very minor issue the first night we arrived that was caused by us arriving a day early. They had space but charged us for the full stay that night and we had already paid for the previous reservation in advance. Fixed it immediately when the manager arrived the next morning and all was resolved. Will certainly consider staying again if ever back in the Chapel Hill area」

「The person who checked us in barely looked at us and gave us a lousy room (near elevator and shared wall with ice machine), hotel was far from full, so no excuse. Every other staff member was amazing and we loved our stay despite the mean check in lady and less than optimal room. 」

「 I went to Chapel Hills for medical procedures @ UNC. I had reserved 3 nights for two days of medical treatment. When my day @ UNC was cancelled, I only stayed at Red Roof Inn for 2 nights but could not get a receipt or verification that I had turned in the key on Friday morning, the 14th. I will carefully watch to be sure my account is credited with my leaving early & only staying two days instead of 3. 」

「I loved how close the property was to UNC-CH…it was very convenient and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We checked in later in the evening and hadn’t had dinner yet, and luckily found that the property had a bar menu. The ONLY thing that was a little frustrating was the parking situation. My daughter and I came back to the hotel two nights around 9-9:30pm and were not able to get a parking spot in the parking deck so we had to park in the SECU lot about a block and a half away. ...
