「Everything about the Hotel was excellent. Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff, compty bed and room, clean and with coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Breakfast was first class, trout with poached eggs were perfect, Trish went above and beyond to help us with my disabled husband, she even collected our cases from our room and a staff member took and loaded them into our car. Would certainly stay here again.」

「The staff we had contact with were exceedingly helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food quality was excellent.」

「A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious.」

「Top staff top quality food and perfect location」

「The staff were polite and helpful from checking in, meals to the time we checked out. The rooms were well maintained and the bed was very cosy and comfortable with quality bed linen, pillows and duvet all aiding a great nights sleep. We had an evening meal and breakfast with both using quality products and cooked very well. A very enjoyable stay at a good location for Bath.」
