「I arrived at the hotel already feeling a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but I wanted to give it a fair chance and make up my own mind. At check-in, the staff member (who was dressed in casual street clothes rather than a hotel uniform) was very friendly and helpful. That’s also when I learned that the beautiful lobby and bar shown in the photos were under construction and unavailable to guests.
