"We were planning on taking the train in to downtown Chicago but the gentleman at the help desk recommended that we take a taxi and it would only cost around $50 and would be quicker. It took a little over an hour and with a $15 tip it cost us $100. Other than that our stay was great."

"The 24 hour shuttle is great. It gets you to and from the airport typically w/in 10-15 minutes when there isn't traffic. You can use the shuttle to access the train line via terminal 2. There is a shuttle tracker online that shows estimated wait times. Also, you can reserve in advance during peak times. Pool and exercise rooms were clean and the shared lobby area is comfortable. Free water in the lobby. Plenty of food options nearby that are within walking distance."
