"Complimentary shuttle for guest transportation anywhere within a 4 mile radius is such an awesome perk of staying here! The lobby is phenomenally designed to create a ton of space for all guests to lounge without feeling overcrowded. It’s obvious the hotel has undergone some major renovations, but there are some areas which could be improved. Overall room was clean, but it did have a bit of a stale air smell, carpet looks like it has seen better days. Also one of the bedskirts had 2 obvious holes on it. Bathroom has a nice huge mirror with great lighting, but overall bathroom too small. The toilet sits maybe just 3 steps away from the door, shower head water pressure is low. Not all toiletries were replaced after used ones taken. Light bulb near doorway was out upon arrival, but they did change it immediately after informed. The air conditioning in room worked very well! Majority of staff was very helpful & kind. They will provide water bottles upon request at front desk, which is also nice. There were maybe two ladies at the front desk with whom I interacted that seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. All others were exceptional. Be sure to bring cash to tip the awesome shuttle drivers for their service! Location of hotel allows guests to access just about anything, as there are plenty of restaurants, retail & grocery stores. The sports bar restaurant next door is convenient to just walk over. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area."
