"Classic hotel. Made our time in Memphis memorable."

"Rented adjoining rooms. First room had a leaking sink and second room had a leaking ceiling. We were assigned new rooms quickly. The hotel is overall in a state of needing updated cosmetic work to the rooms…cracked paint, loose tile, furniture worn down. The lobby is nice but the bar is never open. Can only communicate via text with the hotel staff. WiFi is spotty. Lots is security patrol in the parking lot so I can only assume safety is an issue. "

"Nice hotel. Location nice. Close to the freeway. Staff was courteous and helpful. Just don't understand the set up of breakfast (which I found to be the same at other best westerns) Why is the food staged first and a few places DOWN the line are the plates. Seems to make obvious since to put the plates FIRST then the food. Confused about that."

"The motel was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not very good, but was pretty standard for continental breakfast."

"Breakfast menu limited. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however staff very good when asked them for hot water late at night to make a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top bar good with excellent views however, only one bar person on so service could be very slow at times and support needed for bar person. Rooms very spacious and hotel in good location "

"The hotel was not well-maintained. The carpet in the common areas needed vacuuming, and there was mold in the shower. When I requested towels, the front desk staff appeared annoyed and only provided four bath towels instead of a full set. Additionally, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived, which made check-in inconvenient."
