The home was exactly as pictured on the site, it was by far the cleanest and best taken care property that we have rented through VRBO! We were beyond impressed by the Host Eddie and his home! 「We stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding in West Hampton. The location was great. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It also has a spacious deck with grill and fire pit. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again.」

「This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc....

「I rented this for my wife's birthday weekend, as we also had an extended family event at Cupsogue. I liked the idea of a cozy bungalow in the water. I, however, remember the units described as renovated, and that is a very misleading description. That is, they weren't in the best condition. That said, they withstood a terrible rain storm early Sunday AM. The pathway between the units goes straight down and with steps going into the bay. The lighting in the complex at night is beautiful.」

「West Hampton Dunes is the best place to stay in the Hamptons…clean area, low traffic, few people most of the time. The accommodations were great to have both bayside and ocean right there.」

「My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon.」

「Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon. Our family looked forward to the amazing sunsets on the deck by the fire table! We had a great time :)」

We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix. False Advertising: At the time we booked, AC was listed multiple times as an amenity (I have screenshots of the original posting). There were no indications that parts of the house were not air conditioned. However, the home did NOT have central cooling, but instead had central heating. There were a couple of cooling units, one in the master bedroom & one in the living room. These only cooled the living area...
