「We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. 」

「Amazing view, quiet location and lovely hosts! Fantastic communication with hosts who want to please! Clean and meticulously maintained home and yard. What more could one ask for?! To sit in the evening and watch the twinkle of the harbour and airplane lights across the strait was priceless, not to mention the amazing sunrise over the ocean. A 10 minute walk to all amenities including shopping and restaurants can’t be beat. A piece of paradise for sure. 」

「The property was quiet. Everything was well thought of and in good condition. Easy to get to from the ferry and a quick drive to the downtown core of Sydney. The four of us slept like kings. Plenty of tv channels if you have spare time from touristing the beautiful Victoria area. The owner was friendly and explained everything well. As a bonus he has a collector car we admired. He was thoughtful with provisions. Will Definetly stay here again. Highly recommend, just try not to book when...

「Private and cozy with plenty of room for four adults. The suite was tastefully decorated with many personal touches. The host was great to deal with and very accommodating. Close to shopping and beach. We would definitely stay again. 」

「This property is beautifully located with easy ocean access, both a beach and dock for boats. Everything you might need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends is provided in this home. 」

They drove me to the ferry and went truly overboard to make sure I was taken care of in the best possible way. Their generosity, hospitality, and kindness went far beyond what anyone could expect. If you’re looking for a place where the hosts genuinely care, this is it. I cannot recommend them enough! 」

「 it was the right space for us and our dog the beach amazing everything clean and organized beds were a dream to sleep on even the rain didnt stop us enjoy the island the farmers market and the shops. so many beaches to explore and enjoy nature. The house easy to find no problems a well enjoyed and relaxing stay」

「Upon checking into this property it became very apparent by the smell that this property had regular pets staying here. The listing did say pet friendly, but by no means did I think it was going to be this bad. One room and a closet smelled like pee. There were several dog beds throughout. The tenant downstairs did indicate the owner stayed there with his dog and when it was rented the tenant would dog sit in the basement suite. the shower upstairs was broken, the fire place wasn’t fully...
