Wonderful view and easy access to the beach! The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils etc and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and cozy. Loved the toys available for the little ones. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!!

The owners, Joel and Denise were the best -- friendly, responsive and offered some great suggestions of sights and restaurants. As a duplex you would not even know they were next door. The home had a clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable accommodations. Location, view and access to the ocean is superb.

I treated myself and a sister to an I just retired, let the job go, beachfront relaxing weekend. It’s a beautiful private location with amazing views. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Nothing but the sound of the waves on the beach! We highly recommend this location.

We were selling our house and wanted to get away with our dogs while the agent did showings. This was the perfect relaxing stay! Host was communicative and accommodating. We were staying for 6 days which meant we needed to cook a lot of meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! I will definitely be coming back.

Rental was very clean on arrival and we enjoyed the complimentary cookies and bottle of wine. Owners were extremely helpful and kind. Pictures do not do this place justice! Right on the beach, you cant beat this view and location. Felt very satisfied with our trip and will be returning. Thank you Sea Esta!

We loved our stay. All the special touches made us feel so welcomed! Our pup loved the access to the beach and our baby had fun watching the birds from the back deck. The house was so clean, quiet, and convenient to everything we wanted. We really appreciated the washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided! Thank you for helping us make great, lifelong family memories.

What a perfect, quiet and relaxing get away spot! We had a wonderful time with our small kids and pup. Being able to walk down to the beach and also have a beach view at the house was so wonderful. The house was everything the listing says and more! So well thought out, even having dog bowls and treats for the pups. We will definitely be back! It was also wonderful having a chance to meet Denise. Highly recommend this place!

We loved this house. The setting is perfect, the ocean is just a short walk across the dunes outside the back porch. The hosts are the best. Everything we could want was provided even dog biscuits for our pooches. Quiet neighborhood, far enough away to feel alone but close enough to Westport to have fun with people. We will definitely come back! We had the best time and Joel and Denise are the best hosts!

Our stay was fantastic. Communication was great including a couple of local suggestions. There was a nice unexpected complimentary gift upon check in. The rental had everything we needed and even several games and toys for our young children/infants. Upon checkin, we were even offered a baby gate for the stairs. Equally important the views from the front deck were relaxing as was the near empty accessible beach a very short walk (<5 mins) from the back deck. Overall this was a chance to relax and enjoy quality time with the family. We hope to be back next summer!

Comfortable & nice! We enjoyed the beach as did the pups! The slider door to the deck is difficult to open & the screen door was iff the tracks. Otherwise all was good!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and communication with the hosts was thorough and helpful. The view of the ocean from the upper floor was more breathtaking than we could have hoped for. We read in some other reviews that the home had a bit of an odor, which we agree was noticeable when we first arrived, but this could just be due to being a dog-friendly property? Wasn’t a huge deal to us. The kitchen and all areas of the home were well appointed - we were too lazy to cook but it would have been easy to make our meals there. The local restaurants we enjoyed the most were Merino’s seafood down by the marina, the Tokeland Hotel, and Casa Limon which is just a short drive from the rental. Overall an excellent stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking to explore Westport but also wanting to have a “home base” to relax and enjoys the views.

Joel and Denise's place is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great for cooking meals. We all loved the reclining couch and lounge chairs. The hosts were very hospitable, making our trip very easy. We just love the view from the house and wished we could stay longer.

Weather was horrible but glad we had such a nice place to stay. Was planning on crabbing but weather had different ideas. Love the view and enjoyed some walks in-between the rain and hail (LOL). Plan on booking it again soon. PS bed was real comfortable.
