“This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. There are two restaurants here, the one on the second floor requires……

“Our room was clean and decorated period correct for 1974. The grounds were in great shape, and plenty of activities for young and old. Highly recommend.”

“First of all - this is my second time staying here, and the front desk guy who works Friday afternoon/evening is so welcoming and cares about a single female guest's safety in assigning a room - he's a huge asset to the motel!! Walk-in rooms are super convenient, on the smaller side, but really comfortable. Hot tub and pool area were clean and fun to soak in after a long drive. The AC in my room did not work though - it tripped its breaker about every five minutes, so it was muggy and hot all……
