"Its my favorite place to stay in OBX."

"The hotel is under renovation. Everything was dirty and in disarray. Someone fell ill in the breakfast room and we were not allowed to enter for breakfast so we had to find a restaurant that served breakfast. The staff were not friendly or helpful "

"There were two great things about the Sea Ranch that made our stay a good experience, location and its quiet. The rooms could use a good deep cleaning and some paint. They provided bare bone extras, one hand soap mini bar, mini shampoo/conditioner, one mini lotion, sugar packet and stirrer for any coffee you bring. The hair dryer did not work and there were several damaged areas of the doors, walls and stained carpets. Again, with a good deep clean, this hotel could live up to its resort name! "

"The main reason my family booked the resort was for the indoor pool attraction. When we arrived we were told that the pool was out of order!!! My children were on spring break and all they wanted to do was swim :-("

"I was very surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. Most beach rooms that are old just have a dirty vibe feel but that's because of the beach the air and sand. "

"Great beach access, close to everything, very nice staff. The only issue was the shower. It was very small and difficult to maneuver in. "

"It was nice ocean front..wish the patio was more private..not enough chairs for each room outside..view was amazing..rooms are dated..beds were very comfortable that was a plus..the staff was very nice and very helpful..we did not have hot water the first night..but they fixes it as soon as i Emailed the office.."
