The condo is comfortable, attractive, and welcoming. Amazing view from the balcony - didn't miss a sunrise! Can catch the sunset, too, from the front balcony. I love the Outer Banks - have for many years. I'll be back to stay here at Pier View next year. Thank you."

"Stayed there 4 nights during the Bluegrass festival in Manteo. It was very comfortable and clean with a microwave and fridge in our room. The place is a bit worn, but not terrible. It was a good value at approximately $75 per night."

"It was a great location and blocked from the wind as we had a high winds during our stay. The side view was perfect to enjoy the balcony still. The luggage lift is amazing to bring items up. The actual condo is a bit dated, and the lock on the sliding door to the balcony no longer works as it’s rusted. This caused a bit of nerves having small kids they do have a blocking rod but a lock and rod would ease my anxiety. Anna who helps to manage the property was spectacular as she just happened to pull in as we did and I asked her a question. She was so nice and gave us great information. Overall the condo was a perfect location and so relaxing and easy going. "
