「Great location close to Sandy Park in Exeter. Easy train ride into Exeter. The cottage was clean and we had plenty of linens. Cozy space with everything we needed.」

This was just what we needed after a long journey.The cottage was very clean and well kept. The host Maddy was extremely helpful and left a lovely gift for when we arrived. 」

「This is a brilliant property for a family get together. We stayed with our 2 adult children, their partners and 4 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was well equipped for a large family gathering. The bedrooms are all en-suite will good bathrooms, of a generous size and the beds are very comfortable with crisp white linen and lovely indulgent pillows. The children loved the games room and we enjoyed 2 brilliant family barbecues. The hosts were excellent...

「Everything was excellent from Day 1 Accommodation had everything one needs and a fabulous welcome pack! Host was around and ensured we had good local knowledge. Definitely recommend!」

「Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. The location is near the cathedral which made walking anywhere easy! The unit had a good size frige and stove and dishwasher!!! All amenities were in the unit too! I would visit again! Thank you! 」

It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」

Very well equipped with lots of DVD choices, board games and everything you need to maintain your stay. The beds and bedding was my highlight one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for years! 「Lovely apartment with plenty of room. Nice and comfortable, cleaned really well. Having the lovely cafe downstairs was just perfect.」

A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week」

「Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.」
