「Can’t criticise anything about our stay at Station Inn. Loved it! Would highly recommend.」

「位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。」

「Stunning room but small and missed having a chair to sit on. Bed very high and in my 70th found a little difficulty getting onto the bed. But great tea tray lovely cups for tea and coffee.」

「We had a lovely stay overall, with excellent staff at reception , a beautiful hotel, immaculate grounds and fantastic amenities. Everything provided was wonderful, and the quality of the food was outstanding, both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening. Unfortunately, the restaurant service really let the experience down. The waitresses were incredibly slow when taking orders and bringing food to the table, which became increasingly frustrating. Our dinner reservation was at 6.45 pm,...

「There will be free ticket for whitby abbey. The building is nice and historical. Many facilities for guests to use. I like the drinking water the most. A bit difficult to find the entrance and the 199 steps to hostel is without light at night. It is a bit dangerous if you back to hostel late at night as you can't see the steps. The breakfast is very tasty and many different choices to choose.」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」

「The room was ok but was not serviced daily. The heating only came on for around an hour in the morning and as it is October perhaps should have been a couple of hours at night. The staff were polite and friendly.」

「Room was totally fine. Bed was comfy. Given tea and coffee. I brought my own little lamp as the only light is the main one. Toilets and shower are external and pretty run of the mill. Nice selection of beers and ales in the pub. Breakfast was nice」

「Absolutely wonderful place we loved every minute!」

「Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. Be aware the loft appartment is up 3 flights of stairs, but once you reach it, it is very quaint and an ideal base. I was there when it was very strong winds and heavy rain, but the flat js very snug and warm so I was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked...

「Lovely warm and cosy cottage, fantastic location.」

「The room was clean. A bit dated some mould in the bathroom not very good as my daughter's asthma. Did not complain cuz it was the only family room they had.」

「The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. The pool is NOT 24 hrs as advertised and you have to pay. The property can be a bit difficult to find because the name plaque of the plot is covered by an overgrown hydrangea. If you use what 3...

「The property is beautiful, absolutely spotlessly clean, very comfortable and lots of lovely added touches. Our only problem was hotels.com show it in the wrong location on their map. I booked it as it showed beside the station but it is actually not there, it is higher up the hill behind the town. All other listings seem to be correct so seems to be a hotels.com problem」
