“the location is great, and we had a great time visiting Siesta! I would stay here again! The only issue we had in 5 nights was that our laundry was stuck in the laundry closet for over 12 hours as the door battery died and front desk did not have a key to get in, and property maintenance was also unable to open the door until the following day - no one checked on us or kept us in the loop so we just had to keep trying until we could get our clothes back, no apologies or anything. It would have……

“This place is very cute and the front desk staff is amazing and attentive. Easy to find and check in. Pool is clean and it’s nice having towels provided. All beach supplies provided as well which was amazing! Newly remodeled but a few things I would suggest to make it even better. Our faucet was very loose in the kitchen. The coffee creamers provided were curdled but the desk quickly brought us new. No TVs in bedrooms which was a bummer when it was raining. Also no mirror in the master bedroom,……

“IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY!! Paid and checked in to our room. Then we saw the room was not anything close to the pictures. It clearly smelled mold. We tried to get a partial refund. They refused it. When we informed them that we will be sharing our experience and pictures on expedia, the management called the police and got us out of property and still charged us for the stay, effectively stealing our money. If you like India slums without going to India, this is the perfect place! ”
