Housekeeping was responsible when we needed to change a bathmat, too. The staff were friendly and well-trained. The first night in the restaurant was chaotic, as they were understaffed and learning a new computer system. It was a long wait, but in a couple of days they were back on top of things. "

"There was a hicup with verizon cell phone provider doesn't work in this area. So, i didn't get the information to access. Went to the White Pine mall and got wifi to get that info. Great location for Porcupine Mtns and the many waterfalls we visited. House was great."
