“The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “This is the best place to relax and to recharge if you want to stay away from the crowds and noise .Place is outdated and bit dirty.but for a couple days of stay it’s fine .just enjoy the sunset and the view.Limited option for dining at the restaurant,disappointed with the prawns we ordered because it has a Big flies in the plate.maybe it wasn’t fresh anymore because the flies was frozen too .”

“酒店的前台就在机场边上的一幢小房子。直接把行李放前台，有中文服务，告知岛上的详细路线及生活所需。在前台隔壁租车处领取免费的高尔夫车一辆，退房那天交还房间钥匙后车子还是可以继续用的。岛上租用高尔夫车的话可是要一天89澳刀。是公寓式分散的房间，自己开高尔夫车按照地图去找，分散式的公寓，私密性很好。是两层的独栋公寓，我们住的是楼上的。入住的是套房，两个房间，一个超级大的客厅，两个阳台，厨房里各种器具齐全，刀叉锅碗瓢盆微波炉冰箱，连洗碗机都有！在岛上住了四天，每天都可以自己开饭，岛上的餐馆都太难吃了，什么都是炸得干干的，不符合中国人的口味。阳台的电烤架也好用，可以去超市买点现成的腌肉来烤，要小心岛上的鹦鹉来袭。就是没有客房清洗服务，住的几天都是自己稍微打理，垃圾也要自己清理，到退房才会统一清洗，退房时厨房跟电烤架都是要自己清洗好的，不然会有罚款 。”

“This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!”

“Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. ”

“酒店是好的，只是經過颱風後，整個Airlie beach都受損了。 酒店沒有電力，職員提供了三個驅蚊小蠟燭，剛夠照明至入眠。 沒有電力，熱水爐都提供不到熱水了，幸好我們那天尚有舊有儲存下來的温水。 酒店職員親切友善。 房間床鋪浴室都是潔淨的，很好。 酒店地點不在商業大街，開車會比較方便，而酒店內就有免費停車位置。”
