2/10 Terrible

"I booked a room for June 7th.! Chicken in at 12:30pm. By 2:30pm the power went out. It came back on about 1.5 hrs later. Then at 6 pm it went out again and was off for 3 hrs at which time myself and many other guests were checking out! No lights, no AC, no elevators (which truly sucks when you’re on the 11th floor!"

"We just stayed 1 night because we had an early morning flight and wanted to save on driving time. The room was newly remodeled, quiet, and spacious. I like how it had a nice sized room refrigerator. The shower was great. The only surprise we had was we had an additional $50 service fee on our bill when we checked out via scanning the code in our room. We were on our way to the airport so no time to inquire at the front desk."

"Heather’s house was perfect for our family during our stay in Reno for a wedding. The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully situated with a great view. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the sweet guest snacks that she set out for us. We noticed a small ant issue but Heather responded very quickly and resolved it within an hour, for which we were very grateful. We would certainly return to this property in the future!"

The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably. Additionally, a very bright outdoor parking lot light shines directly into the bedroom window, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep, blackout curtains would really help. Check-in was also a bit frustrating, as the auto-lock code didn’t work initially and I had to contact the host multiple times, including once late at night, to gain access. Overall, it’s a good option for the price and location, as long as you’re aware of and don’t mind these drawbacks."

"House was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7! The kids bunk room was a huge hit and the extra toys were greatly appreciated. Beds were all comfortable with plenty of bedding. Bathrooms felt extra clean, again with plenty of towels and necessities. Large backyard with entertainment for both kids and adults to keep the kid energy in check!"

"Needs more kitchen appliances, if you need a place to stay and don’t want/need to use kitchen much, it’s decent. Showers are fun, but make a mess and run out of hot water fast. Have a feeling sheets weren’t washed, but can’t prove it. We had to cut our Tahoe stay due to blizzard short, took our things to Reno and made the best of it. Close to airport. Reno is gross"
