“The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal. Parking was great. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels everyday of our stay and was giving a bag to put dirty towels in and was told to sit them in the hallway outside our room where they stayed. Didn’t realize dogs and cats were welcome in which my husband is allergic so he was sick the whole time. So sorry to say we will not be back!”

“The staff was nice, greeted with open arms. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, bathroom floor was nasty, bath tub/wall were dirty. There was poor drainage in the tub, shower head was poor. The room had roaches and that was horrible. They could have cleaned the room, I know no one attempted to clean it.(it’s not like it was a big room to clean, they need new cleaning people) the bed sheets were so nasty had brown stains all over the white sheets. The bed were very comfortable. The……

“The toilet had poop in it when we arrived and the bed sheets had stains on them. It looks like they were trying to renovate but never completed it so the hotel isn’t very well put together. The front desk receptionist was nice but wasn’t available to accommodate at all times.”

“The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They provided some nice snacks that were unexpected around 5 pm. The hotel itself was very secluded and not near a whole lot, but appeared to be quite new. ”

“Breakfast was okay. Hotel is 15 min drive from the beach. Located near air force base so repeat flyovers; extremely loud. Construction on the roads in front of hotel makes it difficult to get places. Not a quiet stay due to the flyovers and construction traffic. ”

“Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!”
