House is clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available including steps to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We look forward to making this an annual tradition. "

"Kitchen was good. We did have to bring our own Kurig coffee maker .Otherwise it was fine .Tv was a challenge since we could not get any basic channels for the news. Overall we had a good time. The owner was very accommodating since we had to extent our stay because of the weather. Andre is very pleasent and helpful. Would recommend this rental."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Herring Pond. This home is better than advertised! The location is tranquil and totally private, while being minutes to beaches and a stones throw to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is inviting and comfortable and offers all the amenities of home (the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever seen!). We slept well, enjoyed breakfast on the deck, along with beautiful views of the pond complete with swans! Excellent communication with the host and very easy check in. You can’t go wrong choosing this exceptional home for your next vacation! Look no further! "

"This was the perfect house for our family to gather and have a short fall vacation together! We loved sitting outside around the fire at the end of long days out enjoying different parts of the Cape. We also loved being able to easily get to so many beaches within just 10-15 minutes from here. We couldn't have imagined a better or more communicative host! "Such a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. It was very clean and had all the charm that you would hope a cape cottage to have. The kitchen and space was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out here in the mornings and at night. The cottage grove is off a busy central street, but this cottage is tucked back and extremely peaceful. The location was perfect and made bopping around the area easy. We didnt end up biking, but is very close to the bike path. Andrei's instructions and local recommendations were very thoughtful and helpful. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit!"

"This home was absolutely beautiful! The walk to the private beach was just a few steps and the views were spectacular. The home was so well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, home was sparkling clean. The check in was very easy as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch each evening. Our kids had plenty to do with games and ping pong and movies. We loved everything about this stay and couldn’t recommend it more! "
