“We had an incredible stay at Landhuis Francia! The space looks exactly like the pictures - clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living room and the outdoor patio were a huge bonus. “Beautiful stay. We had an oceanfront balcony which we very much enjoyed and used daily. Staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that there are no tv’s in the rooms, which helps with being in the moment and focusing on the beautiful setting that you are in. Beautiful pool and steps from the ocean. Walkable to downtown Willemstad, as well as bus stops. Would definitely stay again.”

“The location of this hotel is amazing, the water and the beach are really nice. I wish their staff that walks around the beach would be more attentive to their guest. For instance, offering to bring something like a drink or a menu, during our six days stay we were approached twice during the entire six days we were there. Their breakfast has lots of variety and very affordable. And the proximity to restaurants and shops are within a few minutes and it's part of the location so there's no need……

“I loved the stay at this resort, the food was ok, they are so many options to eat, but sometimes it was cold, the drinks were good. The thing I did not like at all it was the support from the suff starting at reception, they would let other people cut lines and we had to wait. When we went in the room the sink was clocked and still the reception did not collaborate. The stuff at the buffee was not helpuful. The girls at the beach bar were great, and the cleaning stuff also.”

The app we had to use wasn't properly updated — I'd go to a restaurant only to find it closed, even though the app said it was open. The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of Deantely. She was the most helpful staff member and truly made the experience better. The room AC didn't work, and one night the water was out in every room — I had to wash my face with bottled water. I ended up switching rooms……

“I stayed here for 5 nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms are outdated and have a strong musty smell from humidity. The dehumidifier leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor, making it slippery. My daughter fell because of this, which was very concerning. The rollaway bed smelled terrible and was uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was one of the biggest disappointments. During our entire stay, they mostly just emptied the trash. The room was not……

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage der Unterkunft optimal um Ausflüge zu unternehmen oder zu Fuß in die Stadt zu laufen. Auch die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet, auch das integrierte Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Das schöne Appartment war groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
