"When we arrived Patti met us and provided us with a wonderful welcome letter with rules and a little family history. She’s an amazing host who is extremely thoughtful! We were welcomed with some snacks and beverages. When you have kiddos you know how important those are 😁 During our stay we saw so many deer, spent time with the horses and roamed her beautiful property. So many bluebonnets! We had a family picnic and the weather was so nice, it was amazing. We highly recommend staying at this...

"1. Disappointed that we did not have the code to enter the building. It was late at night and I had notified the host and ask for detailed direction to the property. I called the number to The only access code the host gave me is to the unit itself. If not for a lady who parked her car in the covered parking spaces and helped us and gave the access code and opened the door for us. 2. Soon we get in to the unit, it's obvious that the floor was not even swept, kitchen countertop not even wiped, b "

"Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host."

The location is perfect for exploring downtown Georgetown, and the host was excellent: responsive, welcoming, and attentive to details. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
