「I did not use the gym,but did observe others using it. I was there on a family matter. Location was a key concern because people came from Ann Arbor, Hastings & Kalamazoo.It worked out very well for all.」

「The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. 」

「I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep」

「The staff were nice, but will not be staying here again if I can avoid it. It was clean, but I found a bug in the bathroom the second night so that made my skin crawl. The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but...

「The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!」

「we stay two nites and are room not cleaned ,We had to get new towels and the trash cans fill.」
