「Sauber, freundlich, bequem. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist Geschmackssache, aber ich habe damit kein Problem gehabt. Ich habe hier sehr gut geschlafen und die Einrichtung ist sehr sauber. Nachts war es auch sehr ruhig und am Morgen habe ich allein die Kaffeemaschine gehört. Empfang war auch sehr angenehm und es gab keine Probleme. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.」

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
