"The Met Hotel is a great option for budget travelers to the Greater Vancouver area. The staff is very friendly and the facility is secured late at night with passcode entry. There is a convenience store a few steps away. The River Market is also nearby. The maids are fantastic. Parking is available across the street or by the property for a reasonable cost. The bedding was very clean. There is a drinking water dispenser in the common area to fill your water bottles. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be for you. The noise from the neighboring train runs late into the night, and begins early in the morning. However, black-out blinds are in the rooms to block the light from the station. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel. "
