“The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great.”

“Wonderful hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly!”

“The first time that I stayed at this hotel last year, everything was excellent. This time when I stayed for most of our stay, the water in the bathroom was not even hot. It was barely lukewarm. I told the staff member about the water not being hot, and she told me that maintenance left at twelve. Noon, on a saturday of all days. I don't know if I will use this hotel again. Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside.”

“This hotel was great! The room was not super spacious but had everything we needed. Very clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice too.”

“Great!”

“I did a reservation for my next day travel but I made a mistake for the date to check in and check out, when I get to the property they tall me that the reservation was for the previous day and I can't stay with out paying another night, I know my mistake but at least the can do something that make things better, offer a discount or something but No they said nothing to do but pay another day, I am a frequent traveler and like to stay at choose hotel And deserve some kind of consideration.”

“A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely.”

“We were in Wilmington for my husband’s surgery. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic with a smile to boot!!”

“The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,……

“The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, including a coat and hat rack. The refrigerator was clean, and the heating and AC worked well. My only complaints were the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the room, requiring trips to the breakfast area. The ice machine was also located there, and I had to request an ice bucket from the front desk. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was fine. The staff was neither especially helpful nor unpleasant. They handled check-in and……
