The house is located 3 miles from ILM Airport and also offers great WiFi, 2 smart TVs, a designated work space, washer & dryer, heating, AC, and an iron for your convenience. Highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Wilmington. Close to the riverwalk and downtown. Home is very well appointed and clean with lots of extras like kcups, snacks, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Big porch to enjoy sitting outside. Easy to find parking with side yard. Very responsive host. This is a top notch property.
