Our modern 1-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for your Wilmington trip. The unit comes with Netflix, self check-in, washer/dryer, and a coffee maker. Stefani’s bungalow in the heart of Long Leaf Hills Park was fantastic. It was perfect for a weekend getaway—close to great food, local events, the beaches, and everything else we needed.Stefani made the entire experience seamless. She was easy to work with, attentive, and ensured every detail was spot-on. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.Thanks for making my birthday weekend special and relaxing!

Stefani and here husband are FABULOUS hosts! Stefani is so responsive to messages and genuinely wants to know how to help you have the best stay. She helped me understand how to adjust the AC and Heat (just pointing the remote at the units to adjust the temps), she replaced the coffee maker when it continued to give me errors (and she replaced it in just a few hours!). The bungalow is a renovated space detached from the main house, but don't let that fool you - it's beautifully renovated inside so it is clean, comfy, vibrant for anyone to enjoy the space :) More important, you'll be in a safe and friendly neighborhood. If you have a dog - the bonus is being right across the street from a park with 1.5-2 miles of walking trail!My dog and I so enjoyed staying here, exploring all around Wilmington and Wrightsville. Go stay with Stefani!

The property was ok. We had trouble getting in as the keypad didn’t unlock the deadbolt. The WiFi didn’t work the first 2 days we were there, and the coffee pot never worked. The property owner came to reset the WiFi and check on the coffee pot, but when we returned neither were working. I did not receive another response after texting that the problems unresolved. I also recommend adding a window covering to the second bedroom window.
