“Love the character of the house. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. The only parking available is on the street and that was full the entire time. We had to park down the street and around the corner which was fine. The area of town is so unique.”

“My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment for three nights while attending a family reunion in Ipswich. This location allowed us to take lovely walks through the neighborhood and to the harbor. Every detail in this spot was perfect, from the lovely flower bouquet upon arrival, the comfortable bed and kitchen with everything we might need. We enjoy walking, and took daily walks to Java Sun, who prepare an excellent cup. My only regret was not being able to spend an entire day in……

“We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”
