「Check-in was very easy and quick. We received complementary pick from Wilson airport with a driver standing there with our name (wonderful) and complementary early access to our room! Internet is good, the beds and shower are excellent, the complementary breakfast is great. We had the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. We love this hotel and this is our third stay here. 」

「Teníamos nuestro vuelo a las 3 am, así que decidimos pagar dos noches acá y hacer el check out a las 11:30 pm y no quedarnos a esperar en el aeropuerto (que por cierto no tienen lugares adecuados para la espera), fue al mejor decisión. 「虽然设施不能算得上很新，但是保养的还是比较好的，浴室的淋雨只有雨淋花洒，不是很方便。周边没什么可以逛的。但是酒店里面感觉很安全和安心。免费可以使用的手机是一大亮点。」

「This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap. I would definitely return but just not order steak. 」

「We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.」

「Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. 「My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. 」
