「A great place for a couple of days staycation. The personell was amazing. Fantastic food, specially the breakfast. An old mansion turned in to a hotel as I understand. It is not super modern and has a bit of wear and tear but for me it is part of the charm. Very calm surroundings. Maybe not for the traveller that is looking for an action filled adventure. For me, that wanted a couple of lazy days, away from "it all", this was perfect.」

「We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet.」

「The new Trademark Suites is a remarkable find, and an unbeatable bargain. It's a top quality hotel just outside the craziness of downtown Nairobi and provides all the advantages of a 4 star hotel with a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen in a safe delightful and quiet setting at a much lower price. 「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...
