“I booked this hotel last-minute when my private guide had a family emergency, so I had to fly from Mombasa to Nairobi and completely rework the last 6 days of my trip. Since I had only planned to be in Nairobi to fly in and out, I hadn’t done any research on where to stay. Fortunately, Razana was a great choice! The room was big and beautiful, the perfect retreat after a chaotic day in the city or a long safari tour. The shower is amazing, minifridge was helpful, loved the sitting area and desk……

“虽然设施不能算得上很新，但是保养的还是比较好的，浴室的淋雨只有雨淋花洒，不是很方便。周边没什么可以逛的。但是酒店里面感觉很安全和安心。免费可以使用的手机是一大亮点。”

“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

“Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. I am a consummate way over packer due to this fact. (Camping electric stove burner, toaster, cups, ect. Can be found in my Luggage) This Hotel made me sorry that I over packed. “My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”
