「I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.」

「My arrival got off to a complicated start, at reception my reservation and room weren't checked and I was given the key to a budget room, I declined that and was shown another room which was budget with a TV, which I said this isn't the room I've prepaid for, the hotel staff didn't seem to believe I'd booked a executive pool view room until I showed them my booking and receipt that I'd prepaid, I was eventually given the right room with the intervention of a staff member Joyce because I told her...
