“Great hotel, location is in Nairobi city area, walking distant to banks, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel has everything you need, and has excellent service! All the staffs have super nice smile!”

“Ok so the hotel was cheap , i only stayed there because i had to get up the next morning at 2 am so i rarely go for anything other than a budget hotel . But they were helpful in arranging that i took my breakfast that i had paid for in the evening as supper as otherwise i would have missed out.. but on the downside the room lacked a functioning shower , no water from the shower head hot or cold , so that,s a bit of minus one point ..”

“I arrived and had a problem with the reservations but the lady said go ahead and get some rest and we will solve the problem later. We solved the problem the next day with travelocity customer service and all was well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with constant smiles on their faces when they greeted me. The room was kept clean. Not the best area of town so when the sun set I stayed in the room until the next day. I never had any problems but I would recommend some caution in……
