「The hotel is very clean, nice and beautiful. They have a big, nice garden and is well managed. It gives you a pleasant environment that you relax and can walk around enjoying the atmosphere. The staff are nice and professional. The gardener even has time to introduce me to the plant I am interested in. This shows how a professional team they are. 」

「BED BUGS!!!!!! Room 9 infefected with BED BUGS!! Bitten alive staying in room No9! AVOID I reported this expecting the hotel to take it seriously, deep clean the room, and protect future guests. Unfortunately, the response was shocking. Receptionist, couldnt care less, said unsure what the policy is and someone would call me back. 1x week later no phone call or communication. Called back again, receptionist this time did apologise, but said the duty manager is very busy with event this weekend...

「A very comfortable place to stay, really love all facilities and decoration. It's ancient but fashion one. The staffs are really nice and very helpful. I will love to stay there again. By the way, the breakfast and dinner are really delicious.」

「Just arrived and the owner called in to settle us and give us a very informative introduction to the area and the property also. The property is beautiful and absolutely spotless , looking forward to a wonderful week exploring Cornwall 」

「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」
