Coolest place to stay!

Our family of 19 (adults and children) stayed here as a relaxing getaway to honor one of dear family members. We played pool and also swam in the pool. Our family enjoyed bocce ball, pickleball, basketball, Cornhole, washers, stargazing, and disc golf. We loved the long tables to play board games and share meals together. Both the main house and the cottage have coffee bars and nice kitchens. This was a dream place! place!plplace!,washe,basketball,strnhole

Unforgettable!

A family gathering to remember! From the moment we made our booking, everything went so smoothly. The property was even better than described, felt like home, comfortable, welcoming, expansive, and stocked with so many things that we really only had to bring our favorite food/goodies. The Hostie team was super responsive to us, we had no trouble at all. I can’t think of anything I would change except to have had more time in this wonderful place. Hope to be back in the future! Highly recommend The Gathering! Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time. The house(s) were perfect for our large and extended family and we took advantage of everything the property had to offer. There was so much to do so no reason to leave for additional entertainment. We will be back for sure!! Thank you.

The Gathering [Main House & Cottage]

July 2-6, 2025. The Gathering and Cottage were amazing. The quick responses and check in throughout the stay were very much appreciated. The only think I would suggest is when you have a large group of people it would have been very convenient if the kitchen had at least 2 trash bins. We cooked in the kitchen every day for all meals, and we accumulated a lot of trash and spent a lot of time in the rain taking the trash bags to the large bin that is housed at the gate. If additional trash bins are not allowed in the kitchen perhaps place another one in the laundry room. Again, the Gathering was amazing, due to the rain, we did not get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities in the sunshine; we hope to return and get that outdoors experience. Thanks, Carm Smith
