With views of Lake Windermere, the Old Man of Coniston and The Langdales get ready to make magical family memories in the space and comfort of Croft Cottage.
Away from the crowds, and yet within easy reach of all amenities, this handsome home is reached via a private driveway. Nestled within its own gardens as soon as you pull up to Croft Cottage, you're met with the beautiful front garden and mature trees that provide privacy and seclusion and lead you around the home.
There are also two bathrooms.
Private and secluded, the garden is a perfect hideaway. Enjoy the azaleas in the early summer months as you soak up the morning
sunshine or spend the day on the patio, perfect for dining alfresco.
Of course, when you have to re-connect with modern-life, there’s free, fast, unlimited Wi-Fi included.
Croft Cottage is just off the A592 – the road that winds along the eastern shore of Lake Windermere. It’s just 2.5 miles to the town of Bowness and is perfectly placed for any activity whether on foot or by car.

Wow factor house

We stopped at Croft cottage over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. As a party of 6 adults a baby and a small dog the house was plenty big enough for everyone and was fully equipped which made our stay pleasant. The gardens and views over the lake from the hot tub are beautiful and were perfect for an Easter egg hunt. The layout of the house was perfect we particularly enjoyed the large table in the dining room, which was a nice focal point of the house, the kitchen was a real home from home and had absolutely everything you need, the attention to detail here was spot on. My only criticism would be the check in and out times we would have preferred a 2pm check in and midday checkout, that said I would highly recommend this rental.

Briliant property with gorgeous views

Nice sized property with plenty of space and very well equipped. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 small children and dogs. The views were beautiful and the house was very clean.
