「When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. 」

「Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. 」

「We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.」

「Great location, wonderful well-maintained historic property. However, if you expect modern amenities such as larger bathrooms/room seating area or closet space you may want to book elsewhere or contact hotel staff prior to enquire about more spacious rooms.」

「This property desperately needs updating. Lobby is dirty. Had 3 rooms booked, all varying degrees of updates needed and repairs needed. Smoke smell. Not recommend unless desparate. 」

「Overall it is a good hotel. The room is big. Paid breakfast is good and very friendly staffs. But since I stay at the first floor, I can feel the stamping from above floor and noise from time to time.」
