"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "

"The breakfast had a great variety and was incredible. Being able forego cleaning in exchange for 3 euro off a product at the attached store selling wines and other nice gift items. The room was a nice size with warm showers, a kettle and a minibar with room to chill a water or put a few small items in if necessary. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I just stayed here for one night. The service was good, but they could have had a restaurant at the hotel. If you are staying here, you also have to remember that you need to book parking space in advance. "

"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."
