沃金厄姆的公寓

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“第二次入住，床褥需較軟，但亦比想像中舒服冇腰酸。由於熱浪尾聲，空內很悶熱，窗因保安關係只能開三、四吋。好彩有風扇，否則夜晚完全瞓唔到。淋浴缸去水位有淤塞現象，沖涼時唔方便。 位置非常好，行兩分鐘已到大街。房間內五臟俱全，方便，客服email 回覆快，亦好友善，整體而言highly recommend 👍”

“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix……

“Very happy again 👍”

“囡囡十分喜歡, 非常好的體驗, 主人十分nice”

“The property was on a quiet street, no busy traffic, and not far from a major bus route. The renters did not send me an access code until i spent over 1 hour on the phone with Expedia service. I had zero help from the renters the whole time i used the place. We needed help when the internet dropped out, and also wanted the towels that were missing. No response from them. The only time they contacted me was with a form email asking for a review. The place was not clean. It also looked like……

“Minimalist room-picture is deceptive. Communal kitchen. Bathroom downstairs and AWFUL. Loud neighborhood”

“Handy for town centre and offers parking which is a must in Windsor .as a big tourist attraction parking is quickly taken up and expensive .apartment has all amenities and spotlessly clean”

“Very good!!”

“The car parking space I was allocated was under trees, my car was covered in bird poo. A lot of noise from the pub next door”

“The property was in great condition for my short stay, and check in/out was simple.”

“Tidy and cozy”

“I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. And I heard quite a number of people press the door……
