「The front desk manager and team at Drury Plaza are hands-down the best in the business! I genuinely look forward to checking in and I am confident that they will go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! It’s too bad that the hotel is now charging for parking but the location is great for work at the Capital. 」

「Such a clean and nice place to stay. We weren't thrilled about paying for parking as it was one of the required amenities I checked off on the hotels.com list. They offered us small bags of chips and bottled water as well. Very kind. The two employees we dealt with were both very kind gentlemen. The pool was great as well. We also appreciated the location as there is food within walking distance and a Wal-Mart across the road. We will be back if needed.」

「The continental breakfast was okay. I was in Minneapolis the whole week and had stayed 4 hotels. This one is the most expensive but their breakfast is like America Inn offered. Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At...

「Rooms are clean but staffing was not so great. Took a long time to check in to the point about 5 other people were behind me until after about 7 to 10 mins later another staff person showed up to help. Then the next day i went to the front desk for toilet paper and with two people in front of me it took almost 30mins no lie before i was helped. and the check in line behind me was out the door. Other than little to slow staff the hotel is nice, clean and enjoyable i would stay again! 」
