「I have always loved the Chateau & have stayed here numerous times throughout the years. They recently did a remodel & it’s nice! Our room was nice, beds were comfy & clean, the bathroom needed a little re-haul but overall it was clean & that’s all that matters. 10/10 would stay here again. 」

「The view is amazing! The room needed more cleaning. (baseboards were dirty and the floor needs a quick mop.) Our beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels! The breakfast is good but is fairly limited. (No cereal, toast..milk) My daughter noticed one of the shaky elevators is behind an inspection. The pool and hot tub are amazing! You will be required to pay a service fee because they offer lemonade, sweet tea, and movies in the evening. We didn’t have either drink or watch a movie but...

「Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing」

「My husband and I did a quick get away after our daughter got married. The condo was perfect for just the 2 of us, and the condominium complex was great. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and the security and staff was top-notch.」

「The property commin areas are well maintained. Easy access to beach. Parking is not free as mentioned in expedia site. The community charges a fixed fee for each vehicle 」

「the unit was filthy. we had to buy cleaning supplies as soon as we arrived. it smelled bad and the floors were filthy. we had to mop the floors, light candles and spray air freshener immediately. the closet doors were off and just leaned against the wall, the coffee table and dining table were painted and were filthy. the clock did not work and there were no working lights on the balcony 」

「It was a great space and great area!!!!! Loved the condo so much !!!!! There was plenty of room for my big family ….It was me and 2 teenagers and 3 kids ranging from 20-23 and my 4 year niece and There was stuff for everyone !!! We will be back !!!」

「Although our stay was short, but enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect, close to everything, pet friendly (love it!). The cleanliness of the property can be better, but I’m not complaining. Overall we had a great time!」

「We were in town for a ball tournament and the location between parks was perfect! Super easy check-in and check-out process. Beds were super springy and we needed a few extra pillows but overall not a terrible nights sleep.」

「There were too few elevators for the number of condos on site. Air conditioning in condo would not go below a certain degree. The temperature was not comfortable in the room. 」

「The furniture was outdated. The condo itself was clean. Had a issue with the sliding glass door lock breaking off due to it being rusted. The whole door seems to be in need of replacing.」
