“There was a bug on the side of the bed that scared me.”

Todo estuvo bien la estructura el desayuno. El personal del desayuno fue excelente. El personal cuando yo llegué, no fue muy bueno y la limpieza del cuarto no fue lo que me esperaba. El primer día no limpiaron no recogieron basura, no recogieron toallas, nada hicieron el segundo día, sólo recogieron la cama y parte de la basura……

“Clean room and very nice. This is my second time and I really enjoyed my stay”

“Clean room, helpful staff, proximity of the restaurant and beach were all plusses. Air conditioner and dehumidifier right next to the bed made sleeping a challenge. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room too.”

“There was power outage that was unfortunate and likely due to a storm. The pool was nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.”

“No one to help with luggage. No grab bars in shower. Air conditioner very loud.”

“Honestly, id rate the stay at Chateau Renault 2.5. Ive paid less to stay at resorts in California and had televisions with bluetooth (or ihome's) and better service overall. The pool opens at 8 and closes at 8? Same for gym. If they were open later they would probably have a younger demographic stay. It was 90 degrees/daylight until 830/9ish and you cant jump in the pool to cool off. Wack. The day of check in, I called a few times and nobody answered my calls. I received a call back from front……

“Their check in process was extremely helpful with the check in online. We didn't have to interact with anyone to get into the room.”

“Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.”

“Probably the best hotel option on LBI. Stayed in a king suite, which was very spacious and felt new and clean. Loved the mid century beach decor and proximity (about 5 houses) to the beach. Very attentive service and overall a lovely July 4th stay.”
