“We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was great, they were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, but small with very little space to put your clothes. ”

“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

“Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit ÖPNV-Anschluss in die Stadt und einen Einkaufszentrum um die Ecke. Dazu dann noch kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Zimmer waren groß und gemütlich. Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen und es gab sogar einen Geburtstagsgruß! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch die Bar hat eingeladen um abends noch etwas zusammen zu sitzen”

“The hotel room is clean and comfortable, just it is a little bit far from city center.”

“Considering its location in the Temple Bar area, from our room the noise level was surprisingly minimal. We didn’t need the ear plugs that they provide. There’s nothing really great about the hotel itself except the staff are nice and the hotel is in a great location if you’re there to party at the local pubs and music venues. Housekeeping did do a good job making up the beds and provide clean cups etc. Overall it’s a clean comfortable place to stay and the staff are good. ”
